COVID-19

We are committed to providing students, staff, faculty, and visitors the latest and most helpful information on COVID-19 to preserve safety both on and off campus.

Recent updates to the COVID-19 guidelines were made by the National Emergency Crisis and Disasters Management Authority (NECDMA) to improve precautionary measures. Please see NECDMA's website for updates, and the latest information on testing positive and close contacts .

Access requirements:

Alhosn green pass status is mandatory to enter the campus for all (students, faculty, staff, visitors, service providers, and contractors). PCR testing requirements for fully vaccinated persons is 14 days to retain green status
Only vaccinated employees are allowed to enter the workplace, except employees with an official medical exemption. Unvaccinated employees are restricted to enter the campus
Exempted students, staff and faculty must take the PCR test every seven days
Persons attending events on campus require a PCR within 48 hours and an Alhosn green pass is necessary for all participants and maintaining proper physical distancing (one meter) as well as wearing a mask indoors

General guidelines

Wearing a face mask is mandatory inside the campus and outside is optional and physical distancing (one meter) shall be maintained
Before entry to campus, everyone should verify the Alhosn QR code at reception
If you experience any COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat, loss of smell, tiredness) please don’t attend campus and arrange remote learning/working and consult a doctor immediately
For close contacts, quarantine is not required. A negative PCR result and Alhosn green pass will give you entry to campus is required
